At Bunny Barefoot, we want you to shop with complete confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange or return simply, quickly and transparently.
Conditions for Exchanges and Returns
We accept exchanges or returns for items that meet the following conditions:
- The product must be new, with no signs of use, damage or scratches
- Must include the original packaging
- Must be returned in saleable condition
⚠️ We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Request Period
You have up to 30 days after receiving the order to request an exchange or return.

Easy Returns with EASYRETURN
For your convenience, we offer the EASYRETURN service:
- We send a ready-to-use return label
- You just need to package the product securely
- Drop it off at a CTT post office

✔️ Quick and simple process
Return Costs
- Return costs are borne by the customer
- You can choose your own shipping or use EASYRETURN
- In case of a manufacturing defect, costs are fully covered by Bunny Barefoot
Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange:
- The customer bears the return shipping cost
- Upon receipt and verification of the item, Bunny Barefoot will send the new pair free of charge
👉 This way, costs are shared, ensuring a fair and balanced process.
Refund Process
Upon receipt and verification of the product:
- The refund will be made by the same payment method
- Up to 14 business days
- Initial shipping costs are not refundable
Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged:
- You must contact us within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery
- Send an email with photos of the problem
⚠️ After this period, we cannot guarantee replacement or return.
